Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for portfolio companies
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve reporting methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with portfolio valuation and due diligence processes
