Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes across 5 business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Create executive dashboards and presentations using advanced Excel/Power BI tools
- Collaborate with internal audit to ensure SOX compliance and process optimization
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL data manipulation
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial planning software
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to C-suite stakeholders
