Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities and risk factors
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic goals
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Certification (CMA, CPA) or relevant master's degree a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or energy sector preferred
