Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting tools for business planning
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting processes and monitor departmental KPIs
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio valuation and due diligence
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate data into business strategy
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
