Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for operational planning
- Prepare detailed budget variance reports and executive summaries
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Automate reporting processes using Excel and SQL
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with ability to translate data into narratives
