Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic investment decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Monitor compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and market research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, SAP)
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
