Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and develop comprehensive forecasting models
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis across business units
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
