Responsibilities

- Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership team

- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with SOX
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in energy sector financial analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
