Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost management
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and strategic investments
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in financial reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or advisory setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Hyperion)
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
