Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances

- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with complex modeling capabilities
- SAP and Tableau certification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Energy industry experience highly desirable
- Proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives
- CFA designation preferred
