Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Create executive-ready financial reports and presentations translating data into strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional projects on cost optimization, pricing strategy, and market expansion
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and valuation analyses
- Maintain and improve financial reporting processes using ERP and BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare industries highly desirable
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
