Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Build complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Develop ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting
