Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting processes and financial planning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against business objectives
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
