Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions

- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
- Support budgeting processes and monitor adherence to financial targets
- Present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
