Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and variance analysis
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and market trend evaluation
- Maintain and enhance financial databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present complex financial findings to non-financial stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for translating financial data into business insights
