Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators to inform business strategy
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Lead process improvement initiatives enhancing financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Train junior analysts on advanced financial modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
