Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and track ongoing performance against the budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational planning.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
