Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor budget variances and provide variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
