Responsibilities

- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong SQL/Python skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
