Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis for portfolio performance
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and quarterly business reviews
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare executive-ready financial dashboards and presentations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
