- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment, corporate finance, or advisory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to executive audiences
- FINRA Series 63/65/66 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
