Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities to inform strategic decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget reports for executive leadership
- Conduct variance analysis and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for quarterly board reviews
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and valuation analyses
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation and advanced Excel tools
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, Power Query, and complex formulas
- SQL and data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving financial improvements in high-growth environments
