Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive-level summaries
- Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and ensure fiscal discipline
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and capital expenditure evaluations
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
