Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A activities and capital allocation
- Analyze monthly/quarterly performance variances and provide actionable insights
- Create detailed budget forecasts and cash flow projections for all business units
- Lead cross-functional financial audits and compliance reviews
- Present complex financial data to C-suite executives using visualization tools
- Optimize financial processes through automation and efficiency improvements
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
