Responsibilities

- Develop monthly/quarterly financial forecasts and budget reports
- Create executive presentations translating financial data into strategic recommendations
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators affecting investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and data extraction
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly valued
