Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and variance reports to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Prepare executive-level presentations highlighting key financial insights and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial modeling principles
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly valued
