Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A valuation and capital allocation strategies
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts to inform client investment decisions
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and advanced Excel functions
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles for $50M+ portfolios
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or advisory
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel with macros
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of presenting to executive stakeholders
- Series 7/63 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
