Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data using SQL, Python, and Tableau to generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain rolling financial models for budget forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and KPI optimization
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts through structured development programs
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI platforms
- Demonstrated success in remote collaboration environments
