Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights for strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare detailed variance reports explaining deviations from financial projections
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking for senior leadership
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost savings
