Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for C-suite executives
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating investment opportunities and ROI analysis
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and process optimization opportunities across departments
- Collaborate with IT to implement advanced financial analytics tools and automation solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL; experience with SAP or Oracle
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification (CMA, CPA, or CFA) strongly preferred
