Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, AZ state labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new hires
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of AZ state payroll tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula skills
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
