Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, wage garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Develop and maintain payroll policies ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processes
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Train staff on payroll procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and state labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
