- Prepare comprehensive credit risk assessments and recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and risk exposure
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-value accounts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Bloomberg)
- Experience with credit rating agencies and risk assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
