Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new opportunities using ROI analysis
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation and advanced Excel/Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, modeling) and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis from relational databases
- CFA or CPA certification highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
