Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to produce comprehensive reports for executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and investment performance tracking
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and data visualization tools
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
