Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve account inquiries and educate customers on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans) based on customer needs
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Uphold compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Nebraska banking license (training provided)
