Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance trends and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities and support strategic business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly valued
