Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting multi-year business plans
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for quarterly board meetings
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis supporting M&A activities and market expansion
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize team reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in regulated financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Certification in financial modeling or FP&A (e.g., AFP) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership roles
