Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and forecast performance
- Develop detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Create executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
