Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive variance reports
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Create executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities
- Present financial findings to C-suite executives with clear recommendations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
