Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify trends and variances in financial data, providing actionable insights to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial projections.
- Maintain accurate financial models and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
