Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions
- Prepare detailed executive reports and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment evaluations and risk assessments
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities and variance analysis
- Support M&A due diligence and integration financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong SQL or database querying skills
- Excellent presentation skills with PowerPoint expertise
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Experience in healthcare or logistics industries a plus
