Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and create executive-level dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting and forecasting processes with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and identify optimization opportunities across 15+ business units
- Present findings to executive committees using Tableau and Power BI visualizations
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence for $50M+ deals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting + 5+ years' experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and SQL expertise
- CFA/CPA designation preferred or active pursuit thereof
- Proven track record in financial modeling for M&A and valuation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level exposure
- Experience with SaaS financial metrics and subscription modeling
