Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Assist in the annual budget process and monthly financial close.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
