Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with 15%+ accuracy improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize cost structures and identify revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations for key business drivers
- Present findings to stakeholders with clear data visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and SQL
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
