Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and KPI reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Maintain and optimize financial systems for data accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
