Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation projects
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Lead due diligence processes for M&A opportunities and investment initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with SEC reporting and regulatory compliance requirements
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
