Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and risks
- Develop sophisticated financial models for valuation, scenario planning, and capital allocation
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities due diligence
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting and forecasting accuracy
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of translating data into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) highly desirable
