Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
