Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives
- Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead cross-functional budgeting processes across departments
- Streamline financial reporting automation using Power BI and Excel
- Support M&A due diligence and valuation exercises
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and presentation skills
- Proven track record in healthcare or technology industries
